✅ What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unused & Unopened Products

    • You may return any product that is in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

    • The product must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, and all items received with the order.

  2. Used or Opened Products (Only in Case of Manufacturing Defects)

    • If the product has been used or opened but shows a manufacturing defect, you may still initiate a return within the 7-day window.

    • Valid proof of the defect is required (see “Required Proof” below).

Required Information for Return Request:

  • Order ID

  • Date of delivery

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for all returns)

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery of the returned item.


💰 Refund & Replacement Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
    OR

  • Send a replacement product as per your preference

Refunds/Replacements are processed immediately upon successful inspection of the returned item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following exception:

  • Consumable products like filters are non-returnable, even if unopened. These are classified as consumables and are not eligible for return or replacement.


📌 Important Notes

  • Return requests beyond 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products returned without original accessories, packaging, or invoice may be rejected.

  • Book My R.O. reserves the right to deny returns if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation by the customer.
