Please contact Radha Govind RO Agency as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order or service request.

Product orders

Cancellation requests are subject to the order status. If a product has already been delivered, installed, used or otherwise made non-resalable, return or refund eligibility may be limited. Any accepted return should be subject to product condition and verification.

Service bookings

If a scheduled service has not yet been performed, contact us to request cancellation or rescheduling. Charges for work already completed, technician visits already made or parts already installed are generally not refundable unless specifically agreed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item is received damaged or different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with order details and supporting photos so the issue can be reviewed.
